I am an experienced Intake Specialist with a strong background in customer service and logistics. I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at AT&T and as a Logistics Coordinator at Ryder, where I developed skills in problem-solving, client relations, and multitasking in high-pressure environments.  I am now applying these skills to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experience at Benjamin Law Firm. Academically, I studied Mechanical Engineering and am now pursuing a degree in Financial Management, blending technical and financial knowledge to enhance my professional skill set.
